MEFranchising has assisted major investors and investment groups to purchase Master Franchises for international brands from all over the world.
Through our international offices in London, a worldwide partnership network, and our participation in all major exhibitions & franchising events, we are in the right position to maintain awareness of all the leading new and famous brands around the world offering Master Franchises.
Through our Master Franchise Research Programme (MFRP) we can respond to our investors, vision and search the world franchise markets to shortlist the most suitable concepts to fit their unique requirements & their profiles & markets. We do that after going through all the evaluation & assessment of the fundamentals & the financial models up to the final decision. We also walk with them through the implementation process; adapting all the franchise documents, manuals & the franchise agreements.
The first stage of the MFRP requires in-depth data-gathering interviews with our clients, to establish their requirements and understand their existing activities, opportunities and future aspirations; in order to:
- Evaluate and understand the type of franchise that they could develop.
- Produce a business profile and an overview of their target territory.
- Agree upon the business categories that would be suitable for them to operate.• Agree upon the business categories that would be suitable for them to operate.
- Determine the type of franchise agreement that would be suitable for them.
- Establish the initial level of investment, and their expected return on that investment.
- Explore the feasibility of the investment with the investor to ensure it suits the short and long term vision before committing to the franchise.
Based upon that specified business interests, we research the global franchise market for concepts that fulfil their unique requirements.
This followed by the screening process to evaluate the suitability of potential franchisors, by examining the corporate image and structure, financial position, intellectual property rights and operational support services and training materials.
MEFranchising will then prepare and present a detailed assessment of each concept, by evaluating all the, financial model, operations manual, the franchisor’s international business plan for the next 3 year, and a long list of the fundamental elements in the systems.
MEFranchising will go to the limit to secure the best possible terms to defend and protect the rights and position of our clients in all the details of the franchise proposition and the franchise agreement.
After finalising the evaluation of the most suitable concepts, MEFranchising will submit an objective assessment and help the investor to arrange meetings and assist with travel and itinerary planning in order to meet with the executives of the shortlisted concepts and provide a professional checklist to ensure that they obtain key documents and ask key questions.
After visiting the selected franchisors, we assist our clients to make the final decision.
We pride ourselves for our commitment to reach for any expertise anywhere in the world, to provide the most professional advice.
